FINANCE DIRECTOR REPORT CRA RESOLUTION 2015-20 OF THE LAUDERDALE LAKES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (‘AGENCY”) RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGERS FILING OF THE AGENCY’S FISCAL YEAR 2016, PERIOD 1 (OCTOBER) FINANCIAL ACTIVITY REPORT This resolution serves to ratify the October 2015 (Period 1), Financial Activity Report provided by the Financial Services Department.

OLD BUSINESS CRA RESOLUTION 2015-21 OF THE LAUDERDALE LAKES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“CRA”), PROVIDING AN OFFER TO THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES FOR THE DEDICATION OF THAT CERTAIN ROADWAY KNOWN AS “SOMERSET" This Resolution approves the dedication of certain land to the City of Lauderdale Lakes. Approval by the CRA would be consistent with the adopted CRA Plan, the original intent reflected within the language found in the recorded access easement that Somerset Drive improvements would ultimately be dedicated as a public roadway, and to accommodate the release of the land through dedication to the City of Lauderdale Lakes by the current property owners - Lauderdale Lakes CRA.
NEW BUSINESS CRA RESOLUTION 2015-22 OF THE LAUDERDALE LAKES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILDFIRE CAMERA NETWORKS FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,000 TO PROVIDE A VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM IN THE NORTHWEST 31ST AVENUE CORRIDOR AT THE CORNER OF THE C-13 GREENWAY TRAIL AND NORTHWEST 41ST STREET This Resolution serves to approves a contract with Wildfire Camera Network to acquire a video surveillance system on the Northwest 31 Avenue corridor as a Community Policing Initiative designed to improve community safety on the corridor at the C-13 Greenway Trail and at Northwest 41st Street (near the primary entrance to Boyd Anderson High School - Broward County School campus).
