CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCES ON FIRST READING A. ORDINANCE 2015-01 ESTABLISHING SUBSECTION 1107.16 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO PERMIT ROOFTOP PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR PANELS WITHIN THE CITY. This Ordinance requests that Subsection 1107.16 of the Land Development Regulations be established to permit rooftop photovoltaic solar systems on residential and non-residential structures and accessory buildings within the City.
CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCES ON SECOND READING A. ORDINANCE 2014-19 AMENDING SECTION 2-311 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR MEMBERSHIP OF NON-STATUTORY BOARDS This Ordinance would change the non-statutory boards to be consistent with the number of members of the City's Governing Body.
CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTIONS ON REGULAR AGENDA RESOLUTION 2015-01 ADOPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR OLDER AMERICANS ACT BETWEEN THE AREAWIDE COUNCIL ON AGING AND THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE LAKES/LAUDERDALE LAKES ALZHEIMER CARE CENTER This Resolution ratifies the adoption of Standard Agreement for Older Americans Act contract number JA115-25-2015 between the Areawide Council on Aging and the City of Lauderdale Lakes for January 1 - December 31, 2015.
RESOLUTION 2015-02 AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO INITIATE THE LEASE OF (6) DIGITAL COPIERS This Resolution seeks authorization from the City Commission for the City to enter into blanket order lease agreements with IKON Office Solutions for five (5) Ricoh MP6002 copiers and one (1) MPC 4503 copier.
RESOLUTION 2015-03 APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE NOTE ON THE FACE OF PLAT KNOWN AS “HEADWAY OFFICE PARK,” FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF NORTH STATE ROAD 7 AND WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, TO ALLOW 425 GARDEN APARTMENT UNITS AND 175 MIDRISE UNITS This Resolution approves an amendment to the note on the face of plat known as “Headway Office Park.” This resolution also authorizes the City Manager to issue a letter of support to Broward County for approval.
